Just a quick update on the pooch. I had previously posted that our new dog, Lily, was a Lab/Doberman mix. Well, that is no longer the case. The vet said that he really thought that she was a Vizsla mix, and after doing some research yesterday I'm all but certain that she is definitely predominantly Vizsla, which is a good thing because Vizslas are supposed to be extremely intelligent and trainable. We're actually thinking of putting her through some agility training and possibly making her the world's greatest frisbee-dog. That's all for now.

Puppy Update

Vizsla's are the coolest dogs! Congrats on your new 4-legged kid. As for the chewing ... buy LOTS of chewies, rawhide, fluffy squeek toys and toss an ice cube or two outside to help with the teething.
